Dozer tracks can be divided into two types: oil-lubricated dozer tracks and dry dozer tracks. There are significant differences in their manufacturing processes, and oil-lubricated tracks offer multiple quality advantages. 

Differences in Manufacturing Process:

Lubrication Method: Oil-lubricated dozer tracks are equipped with internal lubrication oil, which is delivered to the annular space between the pin and bushing through radial holes in the pin, ensuring continuous lubrication. In contrast, dry dozer tracks are assembled using heavy grease between the pin and bushing, lacking an internal lubrication system.

Sealing Design: Oil-lubricated dozer tracks typically feature high-quality seals to prevent contaminants from entering the pin and bushing area, maintaining effective lubrication. In comparison, dry dozer tracks usually have poorer sealing performance, making them more prone to leakage issues.
